TheTravelValley is a travel comparison and booking-assistance platform. We help you compare flights, hotels, vacation packages, and car rentals from a range of airlines, hotel groups, and travel suppliers, and connect you with our travel experts by phone, chat, or inquiry form.

2. Using the Site

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to submit a booking inquiry.
• You agree to provide accurate information when submitting an inquiry, contact form, or newsletter sign-up.
• You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, scraping content without permission, or submitting fraudulent inquiries.

3. Pricing & Availability

Fares, room rates, and package prices displayed or quoted on the Site are subject to availability and can change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid for. Prices shown are typically per person/per unit and may exclude taxes, fees, baggage charges, or optional extras unless stated otherwise. We work to keep pricing accurate but cannot guarantee that every fare shown reflects the airline's or supplier's live price at the exact moment you inquire.

4. Bookings Through TheTravelValley

• When you submit an inquiry, one of our travel experts will follow up with a quote and booking options — submitting an inquiry does not itself confirm a booking.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment is processed and you receive confirmation details from us or directly from the airline/hotel/supplier.
• You're responsible for reviewing your booking details (names, dates, destinations) before confirming, since airlines and hotels may charge fees to correct errors after booking.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set by the airline, hotel, or supplier you booked with, and depend on the specific fare, rate, or package type you chose at checkout — always check the fare rules or rate conditions shown at booking time, which are also included in your confirmation.

• Flights: Refundable fares can typically be cancelled for a full or partial refund minus any service fee. Non-refundable fares are usually not eligible for cash back, but many airlines allow a change or travel credit for a rebooking fee plus fare difference. Most carriers also allow free cancellation within 24 hours of booking if departure is 7+ days out. If the airline itself cancels or significantly changes your flight, you're generally entitled to a full refund or free rebooking.
• Hotels: Free-cancellation rates can be cancelled up to the stated deadline (often 24-72 hours before check-in) for a full refund. Non-refundable/prepaid rates are cheaper but generally can't be cancelled once booked. Deadlines are shown in local hotel time, so check this closely near your check-in date.
• Vacation packages: Since packages bundle flights, hotels, and sometimes activities or transfers from different suppliers, cancellation terms are usually set by the strictest component in the bundle, and packages often carry a fee that increases closer to departure. We'll confirm exact terms for your package before you pay.
• Car rentals: Most standard pay-at-pickup rentals can be cancelled free of charge before pickup time. Prepaid/discounted rates may carry a cancellation fee or be non-refundable.

To request a cancellation or refund, call us at or email support@thetravelvalley.com with your booking reference. We'll check the fare/rate rules for your specific booking and confirm what you're eligible for, then process the request with the supplier — refunds go back to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds typically take about 7-10 business days to appear, though some suppliers take longer during high-demand periods; TheTravelValley doesn't hold your refund and forwards it as soon as the supplier releases it. If you'd rather change your dates or destination than cancel outright, contact us before your travel date — rebooking is often cheaper than cancelling, though a change fee and fare difference may still apply. Some fares and package deals are sold at a discount specifically because they're non-refundable and non-changeable; we'll always make this clear before you complete payment.

6. Third-Party Suppliers

Flights, hotels, packages, and car rentals are ultimately provided by third-party airlines, hotel operators, and rental agencies, not by TheTravelValley directly. Their own terms and conditions apply to the travel service itself. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, service quality, or acts or omissions of these third-party suppliers, though we'll assist you in resolving issues wherever we can.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to TheTravelValley and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our written permission.

8. General Disclaimer

• Content on the Site — including destination guides, blog posts, and travel tips — is for general informational purposes only and isn't a substitute for official government travel advisories, visa requirements, or airline/hotel policy, which you should confirm directly with the relevant authority or supplier.
• Travel carries inherent risks including delays, cancellations, weather, and health considerations at a destination; we encourage travel insurance for most trips, particularly international or multi-leg itineraries.
• Tips on fare-finding, booking timing, or destination choice reflect general patterns, not guarantees — actual results vary by route, season, and circumstances outside our control.
• Prices shown in a currency other than the one you'll be charged are approximate conversions and can shift before payment; always confirm the final charge amount and currency at checkout.
• Seasonal information (hurricane windows, monsoon timing, ski conditions) reflects general historical patterns, not a forecast for your specific dates — check official meteorological sources closer to departure.
